Karan Raj Seth

Karan Raj Seth, a third-generation visionary, has transformed his family’s mattress business into a leader in luxury interior fit-outs and turnkey projects. Trained in Interior Design in Milan, he combines global insight with hands-on expertise, leading a dynamic team of designers, architects, and engineers. Under his leadership, the company sets new standards in innovative, sustainable luxury living.

Tarun Raj Seth

Tarun Raj Seth, originally from New Delhi and holding a BSc in Business, joined the family business in 2006 and now heads San Royal in Dubai. In 2014, he co-founded Essential Designs with his brother Karan, combining creative vision with strategic leadership. Specializing in luxury hospitality and residential interiors, Tarun drives the firm’s growth through tailored, functional, and design-forward solutions that reflect refined living.

Jasnoor S Seth, a visionary designer and strategic leader, brings artistic excellence and deep industry experience to Essential Designs. An architecture graduate from IP University, Delhi, she has worked with top firms like Arcop, Group DCA, Seetu Kohli Home, Ralph Lauren Home, and Fendi Casa, honing her expertise in luxury design. At Lladró, she played a key role in launching its lighting division in India. Now at Essential Designs, she delivers sophisticated, bespoke interiors that seamlessly blend functionality with refined aesthetics.
